Condition reports
These reports are recommended for homebuyers or if you require a condition report on your own property
RICS HomeBuyer survey
- Traffic light system to identify severity of defects
- Any further investigation required
- Legal issues which require further investigation
- This traditionally excludes an independent valuation but can be included*
Condition Report
- A simpler report outlining the property defects
- Can be tailored to suit your needs for example can include advice about extensions, energy efficiency*
Bespoke report
A bespoke report can be created if non of the reports available fulfil your needs for example if you want to see the viability of an extension or alterations to your property
Valuation Reports
Valuation reports for the following purposes: Help to buy, probate valuations, matrimonial, tax valuations or if you simply want to know the value of your property. Valuations reports are only available in the West Midlands area to comply with RICS guidelines.
Valuation report
This report is transparent and independent. Its clear from the valuation method and how the valuation has been achieved.
Proposed valuation*
In addition to the valuation report a proposed valuation can be given if further work is proposed to the property
Measured Survey and reinstatement costs
A measured survey of your building and a reinstatement cost for insurance purpose
